Who operates this site

Information we collect

When you submit a scenario form on this site, we collect:

  • Identity and contact details: name, email address, phone number.
  • Loan scenario details: property state and type, loan purpose, occupancy, estimated property value, loan amount, and any message you write.
  • Marketing attribution: UTM parameters, Google and Facebook click IDs, the landing page URL and the referrer, captured first-touch in your browser’s session storage.
  • Technical signals: the page you submitted from and standard request headers (for example, your IP address) used for security and routing.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site. There is no cookie banner because there are no advertising cookies; attribution uses only sessionStorage, which clears when you close the tab.

Why we collect it, and how we use it

  • To respond to your request and evaluate your financing scenario.
  • To shop your file with wholesale lender partners whose programs may fit — that is the core of what a broker does.
  • To measure which marketing brings investors here, so we can improve the site.
  • To meet record-keeping and compliance obligations.

How we share it

Your scenario information goes to Loan Daddy LLC’s internal lead systems and CRM, and may be shared with wholesale lender partners to evaluate your request, with service providers who operate those systems under contractual obligations, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Communications consent (TCPA)

The consent checkbox on our forms records your agreement to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about your request by email, phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

Data retention and security

We keep lead records as long as needed to service your inquiry, meet compliance obligations and support the brokerage relationship. Systems are access-controlled and transmissions are encrypted in transit.

Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you, or request correction or deletion, by contacting us.
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time (STOP / unsubscribe).
  • Decline to submit the form — no data is collected until you do.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here.
